VIOLATION OF POLICIES

Anyone who attempts to violate our policies will also be subject to prosecution and will be required to respond to a complaint of attempted fraud.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will be required to respond to a complaint from our company.

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day, and we strive to provide you with the highest level of service.

Europe: 1 to 3 working days.

DELIVERY DELAY

Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands...): 5 - 10 working days

Rest of Europe: 10 - 15 working days
Canada: 10 - 30 business days

All orders placed will be shipped from the designated warehouse within 1-3 business days maximum. During sale periods, please allow up to 6 business days for shipping.

If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us for assistance!

If your order takes more than 70 days (standard shipping method), we will refund the entire order and you will keep the item. This is not applicable for stolen or lost products or for wrong addresses. We always refer to the tracking number.

The shipping delay is not only caused by us, but also by sub-suppliers, logistics and other related support, such as reduced air flights, some places too far or inconvenient as well as lack of delivery people...

Don't worry, we will be here to follow up your order until you get it, hope everything goes well.

Please take into account public holidays which may impact delivery times.

We work with small sellers around the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our sellers overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping industry, delays are often unavoidable. All our delivery times are therefore approximate and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

I have not yet received my order:

If you place an order and we have not yet received it within the allotted time, contact us and we will help you understand what is happening. However, there is no point in coming to ask us for your package 4 days after your purchase. As we said, we have a period of 1 to 3 days to prepare and ship your order and between 5 and 10 business days for receipt.

Customs fees:

Customers are responsible for customs fees if applicable. We do our best to avoid additional customs fees by splitting large orders into multiple shipments. Customs fees are random and we cannot guarantee whether you will receive them or not. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for a refund.

For pre-ordered or out of stock items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or backordered item, we will ship all the items we have available immediately and ship the pre-ordered or backordered items as soon as they become available. So, if you ordered multiple items in one order and only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order :

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the progress of your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking number, please use our order search form by clicking on the “Track my order” menu.

Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking information to display.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via email if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Incorrect size disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the size selected is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct the wrong size. Please contact us immediately via email if you believe you have provided an incorrect size.

Disclaimer for lost or stolen products:

Azalyte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are

delivered to the address provided when ordering. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the transport service or local authorities to resolve the issue. We will not issue refunds or resends for stolen or lost products.
