Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution (bank, PayPal, etc.) without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will be required to respond to a complaint from our company.
How do I track my package?
You can track your package using your order number and email address by going to the *Track my order* section on our website.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes this delay can reach 72 hours . Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days . (Depending on the periods, promotions, and the transport service)
Is shipping free?
It depends on several factors (Promo, periods, etc.). If the delivery is free, we will display it on our site.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we mainly deliver to Europe. Please check when placing your order the list of countries available for delivery.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our premises are located in Belgium. Our international warehouse is located in China. However, following our recent development, we are considering launching our next collections from a warehouse in France, which will allow us to deliver in France in less than 7 days.
I haven't received all the items in my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message via the website contact form, email or chat and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
What is the quality of the products you offer?
Our items are carefully made by professionals, we prioritize the quality of materials in order to create quality items.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
